Mountain Summit Orange Wine Finished Bourbon

Named for the 11,063-ft Sundial Peak, one of the most striking and instantly recognizable summits in Utah’s Wasatch Range, our Straight Bourbon Whiskey Finished in Orange Wine Casks also commands attention. Built on a classic bourbon foundation, this whiskey is finished in casks that previously held Vino de Naranja, a traditional Spanish orange wine produced in Andalucía. Sun-dried grapes and solera-style aging yield rich, dark orange wines with layered depth. Finishing our bourbon in these casks imparts a refined citrus note with a distinctive smokey umami character while preserving the core sweetness of caramel, vanilla, and toasted oak. Approachable yet distinctive, it is an excellent sipper neat or over ice and brings a compelling twist to classic bourbon cocktails.
