Named for the 11,330-ft set of peaks at the center of the Twin Peaks Wilderness Area, our Toasted Double-Oak Rye is an extremely distinctive expression crafted for lovers of rich, rye-forward spirits.

Made from a mash bill of 95% rye and 5% malted barley, this whiskey delivers a robust grain character with a perfectly balanced touch of sweetness.

Aged first in charred American oak barrels, it develops deep caramel and vanilla undertones, then is re-barreled into toasted and charred oak barrels to enhance its complexity.

This double-oaking process infuses layers of toasted marshmallow, warm spices, and gentle nuttiness, all well balanced by a spicy rye punch.
